A few good questions.
What is a DTF transfer?
DTF means direct to film: your artwork is printed onto film, then heat-pressed onto a garment. You receive the transfers from TNT Print House and supply your own garments and heat press.
What’s a DTF gang sheet?
A DTF gang sheet holds multiple designs or copies on one sheet. Choose 24-inch or 30-inch width and one of 13 lengths from 24 to 350 inches. Build your layout online, then cut the transfers apart before pressing.
When will my DTF order ship?
DTF transfers are ready for pickup or shipped within 24–48 hours. This is production turnaround, not delivery time. Have an event deadline? Check with Taren or Tara before ordering.
Is there a minimum DTF order quantity?
No, TNT Print House has no minimums for DTF transfers. Order a few for a test or plan a larger run.
Which fabrics can I press?
TNT provides press settings for cotton, blends and polyester. Use 295–305°F for cotton, blends and most fabrics, or 275–285°F for polyester and heat-sensitive fabrics, with a 10–12 second press. Test your garment before starting a full run.
Do I need a heat press?
Use a heat press to apply TNT DTF transfers with controlled temperature and pressure. Follow the settings for your fabric, peel hot, then finish with a 5-second press.
Can I order finished custom apparel?
Yes, design custom apparel online with a drag-and-drop live preview. Pick a garment, upload and place your logo, choose sizes and approve your design before ordering.
What heat press settings do TNT transfers need?
Use medium-to-high pressure at 295–305°F for cotton, blends and most fabrics, or 275–285°F for polyester and heat-sensitive fabrics for 10–12 seconds. Peel immediately while hot, fast in one quick pull; a slow peel can lift the print. Finish with a cover sheet and a 5-second post press. Test your garment and follow the TNT application instructions.
Can I test a small order before a larger run?
Yes, no minimums means you can test your artwork before a larger order. Start with transfers by size and press a test garment to check your design, dimensions and setup.
Can you check my file before I order?
Yes, Taren and Tara can help check your file before you order. Ask the TNT team about artwork, dimensions or your press setup.
